The view from the balcony was stunning, and the spaciousness of the apartment was nice. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to cook our own meals in the kitchen. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Plus, the food stand near the Royal Palace Park entrance served amazing egg hoppers in the evenings - a delicious snack!
Google and Apple maps were completely useless, and we ended up getting lost. the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment was questionable, and the items in the fridge for breakfast were not appetizing.

walse park residence was even better than my previous stay in kandy! the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the host went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with breakfast items. i felt right at home and would definitely recommend this property for its location and amenities.

Perfect location, stunning view, spacious accommodation, good privacy, accommodating host, A/C. Lots of amenities, including towels and bed linen. Great value for money.

The space was great with a whole apartment and the ability to make your own coffee. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the heart of the town. The view from the property was stunning, with picture postcard views of Kandy. The accommodation was spacious and suitable for entertaining friends. The host was friendly and helpful, providing more than enough ingredients for cooking breakfast. The kitchenette was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The beds were prepared well with blankets and towels. The house felt very safe and secure, with a caretaker during the day. There was plenty of parking space available. The apartment had nice views over the lake and a balcony to enjoy them from. It was also well located for access into town.
Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.
